Eleni Poulos brings several years of in-depth experience working with state government as a State Government Relations Manager for Seven Hill Strategy Group. Prior to joining Seven Hills, Eleni served as Public Affairs Manager at a Richmond firm, where she lobbied Virginia’s legislature and managed strategic communications campaigns that advanced clients’ interests before state and local governments. Her work has included engaging with policymakers and stakeholders, monitoring and analyzing legislative and regulatory developments, and shaping communications strategies to help clients effectively navigate complex issues. Previously, Eleni focused on issues impacting Virginia’s business climate, including the Commonwealth’s legal environment, education and workforce development, and housing policy.

Eleni has served as a member of the Virginia Public Access Project’s Partners Board and was selected for the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership’s Emerging Leaders Program in 2023. She received her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and her B.A. in Strategic Communications and International Studies from Elon University. 

A Richmond native, Eleni enjoys traveling, antiquing, and spending time with her family. She is active in the community and has served on the Auction Committee for the American Cancer Society’s Richmond Cattle Baron’s Ball.
