Richmond, VA – Seven Hills Strategy Group has announced that Eleni Poulos has joined its government affairs team, adding experience and capacity to serve the firm’s broad range of clients. Joining the State Government Relations team as a Manager, Poulos brings years of experience in lobbying, legislative and regulatory analysis, and strategic communications. She holds a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.A. in Strategic Communications and International Studies from Elon University.

In addition to welcoming Poulos, Seven Hills has announced the promotion of two members of its government affairs team. Nikki Thacker has been elevated to Director of State Government Relations, and Dominique McKenzie has been elevated to Manager of State Government Relations. Thacker has been with Seven Hills since its founding, and McKenzie joined the firm in June 2025.
